This is a fantastic base for your Cornwall holiday house and St Ives holidays.
The house is 5 minutes walk from the calm, clear waters and sandy beach of Carbis Bay, through a lovely wooded valley along a pathed footpath. A scenic walk into St Ives along the National Trust coast path will take about 15-20 mins, or you can hop on the St Ives branch line train for one stop.
There is plenty of parking, gardens, a gas BBQ and large outside table and chairs.
A fabulous first floor balcony, with additional table and chairs and a parasol, is ideal for starting the day with an alfresco breakfast or enjoying the midday sun, whilst taking in those great views.
Overall, this is a very peaceful location, within easy reach of the hustle and bustle of the beautiful St Ives.
Children are welcome, and there is a children's climbing frame in the garden.
If you need to stay in touch, there is free wireless broadband.
