- Bookings
- Bookings made more than 6 weeks in advance require a
30% deposit to secure the property. The balance plus a refundable
£100 damage deposit is due 6 weeks before the tenancy
commences.
- Bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance require
the full charge plus the refundable £100 damage deposit.
- Payments should be made by Cheque/Postal Order made
payable to J Cowans and sent to The Ridings, Pannier Lane, Carbis Bay,
TR26 2RB. The refundable £100 damage deposit should be sent
as a seperate cheque.
- Lettings commence from 3pm on the first day of the
tenancy and end at 10am on the last day of the tenancy.
- Cancellations
- Please advise us promptly if you wish to cancel your
holiday by phone or email.
- We will endeavour to secure another booking on the
property for the same term and charge. If successful, we will send you
a refund less a £20 administration fee and less any
difference if a lower charge has been obtained.
- the property has not been re-let 75% of the full
hire charge will still become due 6 weeks before your holiday commences.
- Alterations to Bookings
- Changing a booking will be free of charge if more
than 6 weeks notice is given, except for any differences in the costs
for the relavent periods of tenancy.
- In cases where less than 6 weeks notice is given, a
charge not exceeding 25% of the fee may be incurred at our discretion.
- Conditions of the Tenancy
- To keep and leave the accommodation in a tidy state
returning all furniture to the place in which it was found on entry.
- To pay for any breakages and damages.
- To not cause a nuisance to neighbours- in particular
that of keeping noise to a minimum between the hours of midnight and
7.30am.
- To allow the owner or representative reasonable
access if required.
- To leave the property in a condition that is suitable
for occupation for another tenant. If this is not the case the outgoing
tenant will be liable for the hire charges until it is in a suitable
condition.
